Experience

Andrew Boswell is a Programme Director with over 35 years experience as a programme manager, project manager, technical leader and business manager in a wide range of roles.

Andrew led ICL as CTO during times of unprecedented changes in technology, and made a strong contribution to transforming ICL's business and technical culture, in preparation for its evolution into Fujitsu Services.

He also managed joint action programmes between industry and government, to promote e-business, e-learning and e-government, working closely with ministers and officials at the Department of Trade and Industry.

In 2001 Andrew joined Mentor, a small consultancy in Maidenhead, where he acted as Launch Programme Director for 3, the new 3G mobile operator. He then managed a major change programme for lastminute.com, the leading European online travel company.

In 2005, Andrew was Cross Programme Manager for BT's 21st Century Network Programme, where he spent 2005 leading the creation of the Programme Master Plan, and setting up the implementation programme.

In 2006, Andrew left Mentor to set up his own consultancy company. His first assignment was as BT's Project Manager for the Westminster Wireless City Project.
