Privacy Policy

Last updated: 14 September 2026

This policy explains how Doobeedoo handles your information. The
short version: it doesn't collect any.

WHAT DOOBEEDOO STORES, AND WHERE

Doobeedoo stores your tasks, tags, and projects on your own device,
and syncs them between your own devices using Apple's CloudKit
service and your own iCloud account. This data lives in your private
iCloud storage — the same storage your Photos or Notes use — not on
any server operated by Andrew Boswell.

Andrew Boswell cannot see, access, or download your task data. There
is no Doobeedoo server, database, or account system that any of your
information passes through.

NO ANALYTICS, NO ADS, NO TRACKING

Doobeedoo does not use any analytics service, advertising network, or
tracking technology. It does not know how you use the app, and it
doesn't share any information with third parties, because there's
nothing collected to share.

DIAGNOSTIC LOGGING

If something goes wrong with iCloud syncing, Doobeedoo writes a note
about it to your device's own system log, purely so that a technical
error can be diagnosed if you choose to report it. This log stays on
your device. It's only ever seen by Andrew Boswell if you personally
choose to copy it (via the app's "Copy build info" option) and send
it in, for example in a support email.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Doobeedoo is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect
any information from anyone, of any age — see above.
